Digital products
GUIDEORA mainly sells digital downloadable products such as PDF guides, ebooks, workbooks, templates, and checklists.
Format and compatibility
The product format is displayed on the product page before payment. You should check device and software compatibility before purchasing.
Access after payment
Download access is provided after a confirmed eligible payment. You can access your purchased files from your account library.
Permitted use
You must not share, resell, upload, or redistribute purchased files unless expressly permitted on the product page.
Defective files
If a download link fails or a file is corrupted, contact support at guideorasupport@gmail.com. GUIDEORA may replace a defective or corrupted file.
Suspension of access
Access may be suspended for fraud, chargebacks, or unlawful distribution. This policy does not remove any legal consumer rights that apply to you.
