Affiliate Program Terms

Affiliates must provide accurate information and meet the age and verification requirements of the relevant payment and payout services.

Affiliate applications may be reviewed and approved, rejected, suspended, or terminated by the admin.

Each affiliate receives unique referral links. Affiliates must not alter links in a way that breaks tracking.

The admin sets the default commission and may set different rates for products. Commission is calculated from the actual discounted product price, excluding refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, and any excluded fees stated clearly.

Commissions remain pending during the configured refund and verification period. They become available only after the order is confirmed eligible and the admin or approved automation changes the commission status.

Affiliates must not spam, mislead customers, make fake income claims, pretend to be GUIDEORA, use deceptive advertising, use stolen content, use self-referrals, buy through their own link, use unauthorized paid ads or brand bidding if prohibited by the admin, or send unwanted messages.

Commissions may be cancelled for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, duplicate tracking, self-referrals, or policy violations.

Affiliates may request a withdrawal only when the minimum balance is reached and the commission is available. Withdrawals may require admin approval and identity or payment verification.

Payouts follow the admin's configured timetable. We do not promise instant payouts. Actual timing depends on verification, payment providers, banks, weekends, and public holidays.

GUIDEORA may suspend or terminate affiliates who violate these Terms. Unpaid commissions connected to fraud or unlawful activity may be withheld or cancelled subject to applicable law.
